Coming from a person who deals with high anxiety, working with Gabe has been one of the best things to happen to me. When I first started working with him, I was constantly worried about my heart rate being too high and on several occasions had a panic attack due to extreme stress. As time went on, he helped me with my personal growth physically and mentally to where I'm at the point that I no longer worry about those things, and I'm stronger because of it...and the boxing also had a huge impact on that! I have seen a tremendous difference in my strength since I first started, I find little things to be much easier than they once were. Another thing that's really great about working with Gabe is how personable he is. He takes interest in who you are as an individual and figures out how he can help you succeed.
As a singer/dancer and training with Gabe has helped improve my overall conditioning to dance and sing at the same time which is very important as an artist. Overall he's a great guy and an awesome fitness trainer, and because of him, I'm a stronger person physically and mentally! I can't see myself working with anyone else!
