MEET GABE

What moves me the most as a fitness professional is sharing with you that moment you experience success. The journey to success begins by learning about you and the "why" behind your fitness goals. I believe different needs and goals require a structured solution and I am committed in creating that for you. It is my purpose and passion to poor inspiration, care and knowledge into you and experience a persona you can adapt to and keep forever.

I’ve been intrigued about how the human body performs and how it recovers since playing sports in high school.  I expanded my knowledge while playing college football and volunteering as a student athletic trainer. As a graduate in Kinesiology, I worked as a physical therapist assistant for five years, opening my eyes to the importance of physical therapy and rehabilitation, not only in sports but also in the general population and workforce. I have the expertise to assess individual health needs, athletic performance and or physical limitations.

Personally, I have experienced my share of physical limitations and the emotional struggles of recovery that comes with it.  My own personal journey has given me a deeper understanding of how to genuinely connect and inspire my clients of all ages.

My philosophy is to never look back, look forward and with some sacrifice and of course, some laughter, I encourage you to allow me to help you rediscover your wellness.
